Are you open on holidays?
Yes! We are open every day between November 25, 2026, and January 2, 2027, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve!
Do you stay open if it's raining?
Yes! We are open rain, shine or snow. If there is an inclement weather closing we will share that information on our social media platforms.
When do you take your last Drive-Thru vehicle?
Gates close at 9:00 PM during the weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. You can still get in if you are in line. If you are going through at closing time, we will not shut the lights off on you.

Will Santa be at the Christmas Lite Show this year?
Unfortunately, Santa will not be able to join us this year.
Tickets & Pricing
How much does the drive-thru show cost?
Admission is charged per vehicle and covers everyone riding inside. Tickets can be purchased online or onsite.
Family Vehicles (Cars, Trucks, SUVs, and Minivans): $30 online or $35 onsite
Large Vehicles (Minibuses, Limos, Motorhomes, and Group Home Vehicles): $65 online or onsite
Group Vehicles (School Buses, Touring Buses, Party Buses, Trolleys, and Stretch Limos): $100 online or onsite
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to our third-party ticketing system. Thank you for understanding.
How much does the Memory Lane Train cost?
The Memory Lane Train is $40 per bench. All train tickets must be purchased online ONLY. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to our third-party ticketing system. Thank you for understanding.
What day are Veterans free?
December 7th only. Please join us to honor and remember those who served on Pearl Harbor Day.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Ticket Confirmation & Entry
I purchased my ticket online. How do I access it?
After you make your purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation from Ticketspice. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder. At the bottom of your confirmation email, you will see a link to view your ticket. When you click on the link, it will open up to a QR code that will be scanned when you arrive at the Lite Show. Our attendants can scan your phone or a printed copy—whichever you prefer!
Memory Lane Train & Group Rentals
Can I rent the Memory Lane Train for a group or party?
Yes! To reserve the whole train for your group, go to the train tickets page and choose a date and departure time. Then add the "Whole Train" ticket to your cart and check out. If you’re interested in reserving the whole train, make sure to book early to find a date and time with all benches still available.
Planning Your Visit
How long does it take to go through the Lite Show?
Everyone travels through the light displays at a different pace due to traffic and weather. However, typically 30 minutes is a good amount of time to set aside, whether you are driving or taking the Memory Lane Train.
What are your busiest nights?
Historically, our busiest nights of traffic are on the weekends. Please be prepared for lines on these nights, use the restroom before arriving, have plenty of gas in your car, and have payment or your pre-purchased ticket ready upon entry to the gates. To reduce wait times and save, we recommend buying your tickets online beforehand or on your smartphone while in line.
How can my visit be more enjoyable?
When you are at the show, we strongly recommend that you dim or turn off your headlights (if possible). This helps you and the cars in front of you! Please also maintain a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front of you and avoid stopping.
Are there alternate routes?
We have not needed alternate routes in the last few years, as the improved traffic pattern stays ready.
Safety & Visitor Guidelines
Can I get out of my car and view the displays?
For the safety of you and all other visitors, we do not allow anyone to get out of their cars while driving through the Lite Show. In addition, our insurance policy does not allow anyone to exit their vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
Your family pet is allowed to ride through the Drive-Thru show with you in your car. We do not allow pets on the Memory Lane Train. Service animals are welcome.
