Yes. Even though kids aged 2 and under can enter for free, we ask that you still add the correct number of tickets to your cart per child.

For the Drive-Thru show, pricing varies based on your vehicle type. The price for the Winter Wonder Walk and Reindeer Bike Ride are determined by participant age. The Memory Lane Train is $35 per bench. For specific pricing details, please visit our ticket page.

Unfortunately, we will not be having the Red Nose Run 5k this season, however we are excited to host the Winter Wonder Walk and Reindeer Bike Ride in November (along with the Memory Lane Train and Drive-Thru show).

Due to heavy traffic, you MAY be re-routed. Please follow the Kent County Sheriff’s Department recommended routes below: – If you are traveling Northbound, you will be routed to Post Drive. Exit right off of Post Drive, take a right onto Samrick Avenue, and then right on to West River Drive. – If you are traveling Southbound, you will be routed to Ann Street. Exit right off of Ann Street, take a right on Turner Avenue and then right on to West River Drive.

After you make your purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite. If you do not see an email, please check your Spam folder. At the bottom of your confirmation email you will see a link to view your ticket. When you click on the link it will open up to a QR code that will be scanned when you arrive at the Lite Show. Our attendants can scan your phone or a printed copy — whichever you prefer!

When you are at the show, we strongly recommend that you dim or turn off your headlights (if possible). This helps you and the cars in front of you! Please also maintain a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front of you. If you are feeling rushed, you may move to the right of the path if space allows.

For the safety of you and all other visitors, we do not allow anyone to get out of their cars while driving through the Lite Show. In addition, our insurance policy does not allow anyone to exit their vehicles. If you are looking for an up close Lite Show experience we highly recommend riding the Memory Lane Train, participating in our Winter Wonder Walk (November 11) or joining us for the Reindeer Bike Ride (November 12).

Everyone travels through the light displays at a different pace due to traffic and weather, however, typically, ½ an hour (30 minutes) is a good amount of time to set aside whether you are driving or taking the Memory Lane Train.

Historically, our busiest nights of traffic are on the weekends. Please be prepared for lines on these nights, use the restroom before arriving, have plenty of gas in your car, and have payment (or your pre-purchased ticket) ready upon reaching the gates. To reduce time and save, we do recommend buying your tickets online beforehand or on your smartphones while in line.

Yes! We are open every day between November 22, 2023 and December 31, 2023, including: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve! Sun – Thurs 5:30pm – 9:00pm and Fri – Sat 5:30pm – 10:00pm

Gates close at 9:00pm during the weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends.  You can still get in if you are in line. If you are going through at closing time we will not shut the lights off on you.

Yes! We offer group train rentals for $420. The train seats 24 adults comfortably, and small children may sit on laps for free. If you would like to reserve the whole train, we would recommend reserving them as soon as possible as you will need to reserve all benches online.

Your family pet is allowed to ride through the drive-thru show with you in your car. We do not, however, allow pets on the Memory Lane Train or during any of our other events.
