Gates close at 9:30 during the weekdays and 10:00 on weekends.  You can still get in if you are in line. If you are going through at closing time we will not shut the lights off on you.
    Are pets allowed?
Your family pet is allowed to travel the drive-thru show with you but please no pets other than service animals at special events. (i.e. Red Nose Run 5k, Winter Wonder Walk, Memory Lane Train, and Santa’s Winter Wonderland.)
How can we reserve tickets for the Memory Lane Train?
Under ticket sales, you will find options of times and dates to purchase your family's tickets.  (Sorry, no refunds.)
How can my visit be more enjoyable?
Dimming your lights, if able. Maintaining a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you. Moving over to the right if you are feeling rushed so the vehicle behind may pass. (Our busier nights make the above more difficult).
Can we take pictures or video the light displays?
Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures as you wish.  The driver of any vehicle must not use a phone to take pictures or video while driving. You cannot leave your vehicle to take a photo.
Can I get out and view the displays?
Unfortunately, no.  Our insurance policy does not allow and for sake of safety please do not exit your vehicle at any time. Please refer to our Red Nose Run 5k, Winter Wonder Walk, and Memory Lane Train for close up views and photo ops.
How many lights will I see?
There are over a million lights and 50 animated displays for almost 2 miles.  We are 100% LED lit now!
How long does it take to go through the light show?
Everyone travels through the light displays at a different pace due to traffic and weather.  Typically, ½ an hour is a good amount of time to set aside.  If you are planning to visit with Santa Claus please allow yourselves at least 1 hour or more.
    What are your busiest nights?
Our busiest nights of traffic are historically at the weekends.  Expect lines on these nights, use the restroom before arriving, have plenty of gas in your car, and please have payment ready upon reaching the gates. To reduce time and save, purchase your ticket on our website while you are in line.
    Are you open on holidays?
Yes! We are open Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years Eve 5:30-9:30. Our season is November 27 – January 4 this year.
Are there any ways to save on tickets?
