How do I access my downloadable ticket?
If you bought a Christmas Lite Show or Memory Lane Train ticket and don’t know where or how to access your ticket, read on.
But first, keep in mind that even if you don’t have your downloadable ticket available at the gate you can still be checked in by name with the name of the person who bought the ticket(s).
Downloading Your Ticket After Purchase
As soon as you complete your order for the drive-thru or Memory Lane Train, you’ll be redirected to an “Order Received” page. From here you can instantly download your ticket.
Selecting download on a mobile device will open the ticket in a new browser window. Keep this open and available for check-in at the show.
Downloading Your Ticket via Email
As soon as you purchase a drive-thru ticket or Memory Lane Train ticket, you will be sent an email, which will include a link to download your ticket:
If you are opening this on a mobile device your download will open in a mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc). The easiest thing to do is keep that browser tab open until you arrive at the show for a quick check-in.
If, for some reason, you do not receive this email but still completed your checkout, don’t worry. Go through the following steps to download your ticket or remember that you can check-in with your name.
Downloading Your Ticket via “My Account”
- Go to the footer of this website on any page and select “My Account”:
- If you are signed in and don’t see this screen, skip to #3, otherwise sign in or create an account with the email you used to checkout with.
- On the left side select “Orders” and then on the right your orders will appear. Select “View” on your order to access your ticket download(s).
- At the bottom of your order select “Download” and your ticket will download. You can save this to your phone or keep it open in a browser for fast enter at the gate.
